In contrast to the normal Rooibos tea, the green representative of this delicious tea does not start any oxidation, but only a drying process after the harvest. \u003c\/Immediately after harvesting, the plant is broken into small pieces and wilted. Steam interrupts the oxidation process. The tea is then rolled and dried. In this way the tea retains its original green colour. \u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003e Green Rooibos Tea\u003cspan\u003e is \u003cstrong\u003e decaffeinated\u003c\/strong\u003e. It is rich in minerals and contains significantly less tannins than green and black tea. \u003c\/Green rooibos contains a lot of aspalathin, a plant substance with a strong anti-oxidative effect, which reduces the release of histamine in the body.  \u003c\/span\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e \u003chr\u003e \u003ch2\u003e taste\u003c\/h2\u003e \u003cp\u003eGreen rooibos tastes pleasantly \u003cstrong\u003e mild and refreshing. \u003c\/Notes of freshly cut grass combine with a light and digestible tart taste. \u003c\/Our Organic Green Rooibos Nature comes from Western South Africa and is grown on the beautiful plains of the Cedarberg Mountains. \u003c\/For the best aroma we recommend to brew the tea at \u003cstrong\u003e 60°C for 5 minutes. If you prefer it strong, you can also pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
